Hello I’m Maria Owens. I want to provide the most effective comprehensive treatment to clients and their families. I’m trauma trained and I often use a systems approach to effect change. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I have extensive knowledge regarding how trauma affects behavior, therefore it shapes one’s choices. My primary focus is to help people develop coping mechanisms so that they can feel more peace in their lives.
